Bank of Wolcott’s digital banking offers the ability to manage your card(s) 24/7, which allows you take control of your Bank of Wolcott MasterCard® debit card.
Lost or Stolen Card
If you notice a transaction on your bank account that you believe is fraudulent, you may report your card lost or stolen by logging into digital banking, select Manage Cards, click "Report Lost or Stolen Card." By reporting the card lost or stolen, the card will become inactive and can no longer be used. Please contact us, at 219-279-2185, during business hours, to discuss any suspicious or potential unauthorized activity. Our business hours may be located via Find Locations in your online banking menu.
Traveling
Update Bank of Wolcott with your travel plans through digital banking. Login to digital banking, click on card within Manage Cards, then click travel notification to input required information. You may call or visit one of our offices to update your travel notification.
Fraud Monitoring
Bank of Wolcott understands how important security is when it comes to your debit card. If unusual activity on your account occurs, we may contact you to verify the activity. If you believe your account may have been used fraudulently, please report your card as lost or stolen with the Lost or Stolen Card instructions above.
